Please read this document carefully before using 1776's services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1776 platform available at https://1776.ws, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1776 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and must not proceed with any account registration. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms is published will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of the terms in force.
The 1776 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who meet the applicable legal requirements in Malaysia. Users who do not meet these requirements are obliged to refrain from using this service under any circumstances.

Account Creation & Security
To enjoy the full range of services on the 1776 platform, you are required to register and create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account; owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own actions, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 1776 support team. The 1776 platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time in order to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
During registration, you must provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number. False or misleading information provided at registration may result in your account being suspended immediately, and any remaining balance may be forfeited at 1776's discretion. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date, especially contact details, so we can reach you when necessary. The use of automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to defraud or exploit the 1776 system will result in appropriate legal action.

Any breach of these rules will constitute grounds for account termination without compensation, and 1776 reserves the right to seek damages through legal proceedings should any harm or loss be suffered as a result of such actions. Users who discover any vulnerability or irregularity in the 1776 system are encouraged to report it to our support team through official channels and must not exploit that vulnerability for personal gain.

Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 1776 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and you are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is valid, registered in your own name, and free from any fraudulent activity. 1776 supports a variety of secure payment methods including online bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other approved methods as updated from time to time. All successfully processed deposits are final and non-reversible; any transaction disputes must be submitted to our support team within 7 days of the transaction date. Withdrawal of funds will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the chosen payment method and the successful completion of identity verification by the user. 1776 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity pending the completion of an internal investigation.
Users agree that 1776 is not responsible for any fees or additional charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment provider when processing your transactions. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policy and may change without prior notice. Any attempt to process a payment using an account or card that does not belong to you is a serious breach of these terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.

In any event, 1776's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Policy: Suspension & Closure
1776 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or instructions from the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach of terms are not entitled to any compensation or refund of outstanding funds unless otherwise determined at the discretion of 1776 management. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team; any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure in force.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials on the 1776 platform are the exclusive property of 1776 or its licensed rights holders and are protected under Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 1776. The 1776 brand name and logo are registered trademarks, and unauthorised use may result in legal action. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users to us may be used by 1776 without any compensation to the user concerned.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the 1776 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. You hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute relating to the 1776 platform. 1776 operates in compliance with applicable licensing requirements and gambling regulations in Malaysia and is committed to adhering to all relevant laws and regulations in order to protect users' interests.
